Steward R. Fulford

Steward Fulford is a well known Business Broker and Real Estate Broker in the Windsor area. Stew's career started in accounting in the 60's in his home town of Guelph. He then moved to Hamilton and into the computer sales field; then to Windsor in the mid 70's to be a lottery ticket distributor. In 1985 he obtained his broker's licence and worked with VR Business Brokers before starting his own brokerage practice in 1986.

Stew has also been involved in the ownership of restaurants, bars, motels, retail stores, a leasing company, a wholesale distributor, and a property management company. Business sales have included retail, wholesale, service and manufacturing businesses as well as investment and commercial real estate.

Recently Stew took the training available to become an Accredited Senior Agent.An Accredited Senior Agent is a dedicated real estate professional who has been trained to handle the complex issues relating to the mature homeowner or buyer.

Stew is a condo owner after selling his home and now lives in the Gates of Glengarda.He is trained in handling condominium sales as well as sales and purchases for seniors.
